Honesty & Integrity

This weeks lesson I loved talking about it in class. Being honest and having integrity in all our doings and we can apply it in all aspects of life. We need to love others before the love of money. Because getting to caught up and catching money all the time you are not focusing on others and your family. you might have good intentions on being well off for your family, but you might miss a-few important things as a family and missing out of building relationships with your loved ones because all you can think about is money, and earning more money. 

Integrity is super important. Being completely honest with others and yourself. Having people being able to trust you is super important because if people can't trust you then how will you have a successful business if people think you’re not trustworthy. this week from the readings I learned and applied it to my live as a college student, to be honest in my doings and do my own work. 

I loved the example of the blind man with the $50 bill and $5 bill for the change, I would like to think that I would take the $5 bill and give him the change for it. I could not imagine taking the $50 bill and leaving, I would feel so bad!

Last Lecture

       I have enjoyed taking the Intro to Entrepreneurship class. I have come to enjoy thinking about ideas and seeing if I could make the idea happen, or not. Some ideas may seem impossible to do or just crazy, but if you are really devoted and build a team that can help you make your idea into an actual business or product then you got it. You can do anything you set your mind too, with help from the Lord. Remember Him in all that you do, He cares about your success and wants you to succeed.      There are things in this life we cannot control. When we focus on the things we can't do or control, we lose focus what was right in front of us, what we can do. Personal Transformation

       Setting and planning goals is super important to becoming a better version of yourself. We humans love to challenge ourselves and to set goals. But do we actually follow through?       For me, I have not been the best at setting goals or planning things out and following through with them. I usually start it them then I just stop when I'm mid-way through or when I just started. I realized for me that I need to be making SMART goals and realistic goals, and plan out it step-by-step. Also, I think having a purpose in mind of why you are doing it and being and staying motivated to accomplishing it is super important.
