Being kind

     This weeks lesson is all about being kind, having good morals, and being loyal. We need to treat others the way you would like to be treated. And they will like your business if you treat them kindly and build their trust. 

    Always need to default to YES. You need to always be thinking, "How can I help this person?" as you do that, you will build trust and your customers will like doing business with you. but you need to be careful, because they can take advantage and step all over you if you let them. 

   Something that stood out to me from the reading was Leadership with a small "L". Lead by Example, Lead by Vision, Lead by Love. Having these three ways of leading will help us become a better person. As Christ lead with these three ways, we were able to see what he did and how he lived and see the vision, the plan of our lives and the purpose, having the pure life of Christ in life. We too can be leaders and help others out on their own paths of life. This week, I was away with my family on a vacation, and being to lead with love, or not necessarily "lead" but loving them makes it a fun and good environment. that is that same with a work place, if you have love, your relationships will strengthen and become closer and enjoy each others presents. Making others around you enjoy being with you is super important, because if people don't like being with you or around you, then it will be hard to work with people. Just being kind will make more people enjoy your company.

Last Lecture

       I have enjoyed taking the Intro to Entrepreneurship class. I have come to enjoy thinking about ideas and seeing if I could make the idea happen, or not. Some ideas may seem impossible to do or just crazy, but if you are really devoted and build a team that can help you make your idea into an actual business or product then you got it. You can do anything you set your mind too, with help from the Lord. Remember Him in all that you do, He cares about your success and wants you to succeed.      There are things in this life we cannot control. When we focus on the things we can't do or control, we lose focus what was right in front of us, what we can do. Personal Transformation

       Setting and planning goals is super important to becoming a better version of yourself. We humans love to challenge ourselves and to set goals. But do we actually follow through?       For me, I have not been the best at setting goals or planning things out and following through with them. I usually start it them then I just stop when I'm mid-way through or when I just started. I realized for me that I need to be making SMART goals and realistic goals, and plan out it step-by-step. Also, I think having a purpose in mind of why you are doing it and being and staying motivated to accomplishing it is super important.
