Habits
Habits are practices that people do on a normal basis. There are good and bad habits, spiritual and temporal habits, it is just up to you what you want to be doing in your life. There are the seven habits of highly effective people, they are to be proactive, to begin with the end in mind, put first things first, thing win/win, seek first to understand then to be understood, synergize, and sharpen the saw. So, you choose how you respond to situations, have an image or goal that you want to reach, look at the results, listen and understand others, and take time to have social renewals.
This week I have been trying to make more habits in my life, and the habit I started was running everyday! It is a lot of work, and tiring, but as you prioritize your habits/ new goals, and make it a part of you.
You become stronger as you take on more habits in your life. I think as we have our goals in mind when we are young or old, we begin to make new habits in our lifetime. We are all trying to become better people, and we do that as we make goals and habits in life.
